Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay Tagaytay City, Tagaytay City

Our family of 2 adults, a teen, and a pre-teen found the hotel to be clean, spacious, and comfortable with a variety of towels available. The lack of a universal socket for plugs other than the US flat-type plug was a minor inconvenience. The service was friendly and accommodating, although we expected more from a 4-star hotel. The location, while great for families with kids and outdoor activities, was a bit far from the main Tagaytay tourist spots. The dining experience was good with food better than expected. The facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and came with complete toiletries, but there was an issue with burst electricity that left us in the dark late at night.
